Sandwich Interrupted

For the last few weeks, I've felt overwhelmed by this cancer, this ALL. I'm already undergoing chemotherapy, and I still can't wrap my head around the fact that I have to fight for my life for two years. No one asked me if I wanted to participate in this battle. Hell, I was just calmly living my life, enjoying my sandwich when this happened:
