I am neutropenic, meaning I have a weaken immune system. So, when the cleaning guy, Don, comes in to change out my trash, I have to wear this posh asbestos mask so the trash germies don't get up my nose and wreck havoc. 

Oh, and I also had a headache, hence the eye beads.
